a drainage initiative for the Danube Delta

Danube Delta and the Pelican from PET-s was a project organized in 2009 by our team.

We knew that in the Danue Delta we had a treasure that wasn’t exploited enough, and that negligence and apathy generated enough waste every year to smother its fauna and flora, in the long-term. This is why the Dr. Reddy’s Team got together in the Delta, drained a small corner, and built a pelican out of PET-s, as a poignant copy of a real one that is in great danger because of our negligence.

The action had a real impact and our construction remained a landmark in the area for a long time, drawing the attention of travelers and trourists to the importance of being GREEN.
